The Lumber Jake's Story
In 2018, Braden Dixon started Lumber Jake’s Tree Service with a truck, a chainsaw, and a simple belief: central Indiana deserved a tree service that actually showed up, did the work right, and left the property better than they found it.
Braden learned the trade the hard way — working alongside experienced arborists, studying tree biology and structural failure points, and taking on jobs that bigger companies passed over. Every mistake was a lesson. Every satisfied customer became a referral.
Today, Lumber Jake’s operates as a tight-knit three-person crew. We’re not a franchise. We’re not a call center. When you call that number, Braden or someone who works directly with him picks up. Your job gets the same attention whether it’s a single dead limb or a full-acre land clearing.
